New manager classification system
Effective immediately managers will be classified according to the following achievements
Legend - Has won world title in every division
Elite - Has won world titles in multiple divisions
Game Master - Has won a world title
Veteran - Has won regional titles in every division
Journeyman - Has won regional titles in multiple divisions
Rookie - Has won a regional title
Newbie - Has never won a regional title
